Rooted in Russellville Arkansas, Dr Henderson brings a unique blend of academic expertise Dr. Tonyakristin Henderson is also a state‑commissioned public service officer whose work strengthens emergency planning, legislative advocacy, and community recovery across Arkansas. Known for her clarity, compliance, and governance‑aligned leadership, she serves in multiple appointed and national‑level roles that reflect her commitment to public trust and community resilience.Dr. Henderson represents the Public Service & Recovery Sector on the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC), where she contributes to emergency‑readiness planning, interagency coordination, and community protection initiatives.
